Appointments
We offer same-day and non-urgent appointments up to two weeks in advance

- Routine pre-bookable appointments up to two weeks in advance can be requested with a clinician.
- Pre-bookable appointments get booked quickly, so please book as early as possible.

Call the Surgery on 02920 703039
Children 16 years and younger presenting with an acute issue will be assessed on the same day.
HOME VISITS
-
All requests must be received before 10.30 am
We offer a limited number of home visits. Home visits take the GP longer than consultations in the practice due to the additional time to travel to and from the practice
This service is at the discretion of the doctors and should be used solely if you are housebound or through illness physically unable to attend the surgery.
Before arranging a home visit, the patient will need to speak to a member of our clinical team to make sure that the visit will cover the patient’s needs, and this information is used to put together the rounds for house calls. It is essential therefore that patients are open and honest during this conversation.
OUT OF HOURS
- Should you need access to a doctor outside of surgery hours, please call NHS 111
